BFI Creative Consultancy on Film Education
This intervention paper identifies how the absence of Key Stage Three (KS3) intervention around ‘moving image education’ in England contributes to the recognised skills shortages within the industry-value chain.
The Rapid Evidence Review (RER) compiles global evidence on the use of film and the moving image in secondary classrooms. It critically investigates the international evidence-base on creative education within the curriculum, with a specific focus on the integration of film and moving image.
